HOW TO ACCESS YOUR EXAM DOCKET (EXAM SLIP)

📌 MANDATORY for all students — No printed docket, No exam.

Soft copies (PDFs on your phone) will NOT be accepted. You MUST print a hard copy to be allowed into the exam room.

🔹 Option 1: Using a Laptop (Recommended) 

Go to the ESIS Portal:

Visit https://esis.zcasu.edu.zm

Log In:

Enter your username and password.

Access Exam Docket:

On the top left corner, click “Basic Student”.

Then click “Exam Docket” from the dropdown menu.

Print or Download:

Press Ctrl + P to open the print window.

To print directly: Select your printer and click Print.

To download: Change the printer to “Save as PDF”, then save it and print it later.

🔹 Option 2: Using a Phone (if laptop is not available) 

Open Chrome Browser

Visit: https://esis.zcasu.edu.zm

Log In to Your ESIS Account

Enable Desktop Mode

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Select “Desktop site” to load the full version.

Access Exam Docket

Tap “Basic Student”, then select “Exam Docket.”

Save as PDF

Tap three dots (⋮) > “Share” > “Print.”

Choose “Save as PDF” and save the file.

Print the PDF

Send it to your email or a flash drive and print it.

❗ IMPORTANT REMINDER: 

Printed copy is required to write the exams.

Soft copies on phone or tablet will NOT be accepted at the exam venue.

Make sure your exam docket is clear and includes all exam details.
