Banking Law and Regulation is an advanced banking course that looks at banking from a regulatory perspective. It covers contemporary issues relating to bank regulation at a macro level. A major part of the work deals with the current issues surrounding the operations of the Basel Committee for Banking Supervision (BCBS) and the Basel Accords and how these rules impact on Banks internationally, regionally and domestically.
