365 MICROSOFT ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS- IMPORTANT NOTICE

Kindly note that your ZCAS University email address is a Microsoft account.

This account is required when:

• Watching recorded lectures

• Accessing other learning resources that require Microsoft sign-in

• You can also use the same account on word, excel, OneDrive etc. as it has a license.

Setting up your authentication method:

• After signing in, you will be prompted to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.

• Do not use the app — click "I want to use a different method" and select Phone.

• Change the country to Zambia, enter your phone number, and input the code sent to you via SMS.

• If you will use a phone for online lessons, download the Microsoft Teams app and log in with your provided Microsoft account.

Important:

• Use this same email address to sign in to the Outlook app, as the University NOW sends all official notices and communication to students through this platform to your student email.
